Terri Haller, Tyler Hammond and Jay Thiltgen were inducted into the Metro Swimming Hall of Fame Saturday during the Metro Conference swimming and diving championships at Millard West.
Haller is a former Omaha Marian swimmer and assistant coach at Omaha Creighton Prep, Hammond is the head coach at his alma mater Millard South, and Thiltgen is a former Omaha Burke swimmer who coached the Bulldogs girls before becoming an assistant for the Elkhorn/Elkhorn South team.
The 2014 inductees also were announced – Byron Butts of Bellevue East, Bailey Ingles of Millard West, Matt Shuput of Omaha Bryan, Charlotte Belitz of Omaha South and Beth Williams-Leach of Omaha Westside.

The Metro Conference all-academic swimming and diving teams were announced Saturday at the Metro championship meet.
